A Fun and Educational Day for All
Pupils at St William’s Catholic Academy in Trimdon recently enjoyed taking part in a range of exciting activities led by Kidz Fit.
The sessions provided children across the school with valuable opportunities to learn new skills while having fun and engaging in practical activities.
EYFS and KS1 Focus on Healthy Living
Children in EYFS and Key Stage 1 took part in activities centred around exercise, fitness and healthy lifestyles.
Through a variety of interactive sessions, pupils learned about the importance of keeping their bodies active and making healthy choices to support their wellbeing.
KS2 Develop Essential First Aid Skills
Meanwhile, Key Stage 2 pupils participated in first aid workshops, where they learned important skills that could help them respond in emergency situations.
The sessions gave children a greater understanding of basic first aid and helped build their confidence in knowing how to help others safely and responsibly.
Learning Through Practical Experiences
The day was both enjoyable and educational, providing pupils with valuable knowledge about health, wellbeing and personal responsibility.
A big thank you to Kidz Fit for delivering such engaging and informative sessions. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned skills that will benefit them both now and in the future.
