This week we were delighted to welcome M&M Productions into school for a spectacular performance of The Wizard of Oz — and what a show it was!
The school hall was bursting with fun, laughter and huge smiles from start to finish. With colourful costumes, brilliant acting and plenty of audience participation, the children were completely captivated as Dorothy and her friends followed the yellow brick road.
It was a wonderful treat for our pupils and a fantastic way to bring drama, storytelling and imagination to life. Watching the children fully engaged, laughing and enjoying every moment was truly special.
Class 4 Theatre Workshop – Stepping into the Spotlight!
After the performance, M&M Productions delivered an inspiring theatre workshop for Class 4 — and our pupils absolutely shone!
They didn’t just watch the magic…They became part of it.
Through drama games, character work and performance techniques, the children explored how to use their voice, movement and expression to bring a story to life. Confidence, creativity and courage were on full display as they stepped outside their comfort zones, supported each other and embraced the joy of performance.
Opportunities like this not only develop drama skills but also help to build teamwork, communication, self‑belief and resilience — all while having a lot of fun!
